These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and all bookings at Leela Thai Spa ("we," "us," "our," "Company," or "Spa"). By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a treatment, visiting our spa, or using our website, you agree to:

• Accept all terms and conditions stated herein
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our services in a lawful and respectful manner
• Be responsible for any damages caused by your violation of these Terms

These Terms apply to all customers, regardless of how they book (WhatsApp, phone, website, or walk-in). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Scope

Our treatments are therapeutic and wellness-focused only. All services are professional, non-sexual massage and spa treatments. Any attempt to engage the therapist in inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential banning from our facility.

Our therapists are trained professionals who maintain strict professional standards and ethical guidelines at all times.

Confirmation

Once you book, we will confirm your appointment via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Please ensure we have your correct contact information. We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect phone numbers or email addresses provided by you.

Slot Availability

Although we are open 24 hours, slot availability may vary depending on demand. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time, but availability is not guaranteed. During peak hours (evenings and weekends), walk-in wait times may apply.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests within 12 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your booked appointment and do not cancel or inform us within 2 hours of your scheduled time, the full payment is forfeited. We reserve the right to charge your registered payment method for no-shows.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Pricing may be updated without notice. Your booking receipt will show the final price, taxes, and any applicable discounts at the time of confirmation.

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash (at the spa)
• Online transfers (UPI, bank transfer)
• Credit/Debit cards
• Digital wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

Payment Due

Payment is due at the time of booking (for advance bookings) or upon arrival (for walk-in sessions). We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received by the scheduled session time.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the Cancellation Policy (Section 4). Refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

No Refund for Completed Services

Once a massage session has been completed, no refund will be provided. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Medical Advice Disclaimer

Massage and spa treatments provided by Leela Thai Spa are not a substitute for medical treatment, physical therapy, or professional medical advice. Our therapists are not doctors or medical professionals. Our services are for relaxation and general wellness purposes only.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please:

• Consult your physician before booking a session
• Inform our staff of any health concerns upon arrival
• Do not rely on our treatments for medical diagnosis or treatment

Health Conditions Requiring Doctor's Approval

You must obtain written approval from your doctor before receiving massage if you have:

• Recent surgery or injuries
• Acute fractures or severe sprains
• Severe osteoporosis
• Blood clotting disorders or taking blood thinners
• Active cancer treatment
• Acute inflammation or fever
• Severe cardiovascular conditions
• Pregnancy (unless booking prenatal massage from specialized therapist)
• Any other serious medical condition

Client Responsibility

By booking, you represent that you are in good health and fit to receive massage therapy. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information to our staff. Failure to disclose health conditions may result in injury, and Leela Thai Spa will not be liable for such injuries.

7. Age Restrictions

Massage services are available to individuals 18 years and older only. We may request photo ID to verify age. Clients under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by an adult during the entire session.

Pregnant clients must have written approval from their obstetrician before receiving massage.

8. Code of Conduct

Professional Behavior Expected

All clients must maintain professional and respectful conduct during their session. This includes:

• Respect for Therapists: Therapists are professionals providing therapeutic care. Any disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated
• No Sexual Conduct: Any attempt to engage therapists in sexual or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of session, no refund, and permanent ban from the spa
• Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain reasonable personal hygiene. We reserve the right to decline service if a client's hygiene is extremely poor
• Sobriety: Clients who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be denied service
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. We reserve the right to reduce session time for late arrivals
• Communication: Inform your therapist of any discomfort during the session so adjustments can be made

Grounds for Denial or Cancellation of Service

We reserve the right to deny or terminate service without refund if:

• Client is abusive, harassing, or threatening to staff or other clients
• Client attempts any form of sexual conduct or inappropriate touching
• Client is intoxicated or under the influence
• Client refuses to follow our health and safety guidelines
• Client has previously violated our Code of Conduct
• Client refuses to disclose relevant health information

9. Liability & Risk Assumption

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with massage therapy, including but not limited to:

• Temporary soreness or bruising (common after deep tissue massage)
• Muscle stiffness following treatment
• Allergic reactions to oils or products used
• Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
• Any adverse effects from massage therapy

Limitation of Liability

Leela Thai Spa and its therapists, staff, and owners are not liable for:

• Any injury or health condition resulting from massage therapy
• Allergic reactions to oils, lotions, or products
• Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions
• Psychological or emotional effects of massage
• Lost or damaged personal belongings left at the spa
• Consequences of not disclosing health information
• Service delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances

Lost & Damaged Items

Leela Thai Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables in a secure location or taking them with you. Use lockers or safes at your own risk—we cannot guarantee their security.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos, is the exclusive property of Leela Thai Spa or our licensed content providers. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission
• Use our images or branding for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Goa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Goa, India.
